I am using Drop Shadow -3 Vert, 3 Hori, Opacity 74, Blur 5.8 Color #202020

You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using PSPX8

Open new Canvas 800*800

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 15, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

C/P Frame 7, resize to your liking, Use Magic wand, select inside of the frame, Selections - expand, 5 pixels, New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 18

Paste Tube between Paper 15 and Frame 18. Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Select Tube Layer Delete, Duplicate, Apply Guassian blur 3.0 to original, then set to Soft Light and drop Opacity to 60% to Copy

Castle 4, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Mud, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Cloud 2, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Scroll 1, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Bottle 3, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Flower 4, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Cloud 1, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Flower 13, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Book 1, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Bowl, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Fox 1, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Lamp 1, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Bird 4, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Resize the signature if needed
