You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 5, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Element 20, rotate 90 degrees, resize and place to your liking,Duplicate, mirror, use magic wand, select the inside of both frames, Selection, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 7.

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 7 and Element 20.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Delete, Set to Luminace (L),

Paste full tube, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Element 9, Resize and place,on top of the two frames

Element 34,resize to your liking, drop shadow

Element 17, Resize and Place to your liking, Shadow

Element 3, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Element 5, resize, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 36, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
