I am using Drop Shadow -3 Vert, 3 Hori, Opacity 74, Blur 5.8 Color #202020

Open new Canvas 800*800

New Layer, flood fill with El 30, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

C/P El 29, resize to your liking, Use Magic wand, select inside of the frame, Selections - expand, 5 pixels, New Layer, Flood fill with El 31

Paste Tube between El 31 and El 29.

El 06, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

El 14, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

El 03, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

El 18, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

El 07, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

El 25, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 5 and Frame. Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Select Tube Layer Delete, Duplicate. Put her face in the frame. Duplicate the original again, Mirror, again, her face in the frame. Copy again. Apply Guassian blur 3.0 to originals, then set to Soft Light and drop Opacity to 60% to Copies

Paste Full tube, resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

Lei, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Waves, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Foam, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Sand, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow
