You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using PSPXII
Open new Canvas 600*600

Open new Canvas 600*600
Open paper 09 and resize to 600*600. Paste apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group
Open Frame 1 c/p to canvas, resize to your liking
Open Paper 05, resize to 600*600. Paste under your frame, using your Magic Wand, select the inside of your frame, go to Selections,Modify, Expand, 5 pixels. Select okay, invert selection and delete leaving the inside of the frame with your paper
Take your tube and paste it under the layer, I centered mine so you could see her holding the apple. Using the magic wand select the paper 5 layer, invert delete leaving only the bit of the tube you want to see through the frame. Apply Luminance Legacy.
Paste your tube on top of all the layers, resize to your liking,
Take the word art and paste it on top of the Luminance Legacy Layer, resize until you can see all of it and then move it to the top the the frame, duplicate and set it below, so you have the hole filled. Merge the layers. Apply Alien Eye Candy 3.1 Glow, Pixel width 1, Fat dropoff, color #795403
Lantern, resize to your liking, put on right side of frame or to your liking
Cauldron, resize to your liking, move behind Lantern and main tube layer, place to your liking
Cat, resize and place on left side of tube, above main tube layer
Book Stand, resize to your liking, send behind all other element layers, but above the frame, move to Left side of the tag
Broom, rotate right, paste over the top of all layers so it’s laying across the tubes “feet”
Apply drop shadow to your taste. Mine are all 2*2’s
Resize the signature if needed
The name. Using the Almond Script, size 30 Colors ##2b1604 Convert to Raster Layer, Eye Candy 3.1 Glow. Pixel width 5, Fat setting. Drop Shadow to your liking
Add your copyright information and license number before saving
