You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with P5, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 1, resize,and place to your liking, rotate, use magic wand, select the inside of the Frame, Selection, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with P6.

Paste C/u of tube between P6 and Frame 1.  Select P6,  Select All, Float, Invert, select tube layer, delete, leaving just the tube, drop opacity 

Paste tube, resize to your liking, place to your liking, drop shadow

Deco, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

City Scene, resize and Place to your liking, select P6,  Select All, Float, Invert, Delete drop shadow

Diamonds, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Flower, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Hand Bag, resize and place to your liking,  Drop Shadow

Nail Polish, resize and place to your liking,  Drop Shadow

Mascara, resize, rotate, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
