You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 12, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

C/P Element 107,  resize to your liking,  Use Magic Wand to Select the inside of the frames.  Selections, Expand, 5 pixels.  New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 16.

Paste Close up of your tube, resize and place to your liking. Select Paper 16 layer, Select all, Float, Invert, delete the parts of the tube you don't want.  Duplicate.  Apply Luminace (L) and then Xero Porcelian to Original. Drop Shadow,  Drop Opacity to 50% on Copy
