You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 15, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

C/P Element 6, resize to your liking,  Apply Xero Porcelain to the element.

Paste Close up Tube Under Element 6.  Select Element 6, select all, float, invert, Delete, leaving tube just "In" the bubble.  Duplicate.  On Original, Guassian Blur 3.0 set to Luminance (L), Drop Shadow.  On Copy Apply Xero Porcelain, Xero Radiance, set to Screen.  Apply Alien Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Glass

C/P Element 96, resize to your liking,  Use Magic Wand to Select the inside of the frame.  Selections, Expand, 5 pixels.  New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 11.  Paste Tube and resize so the face is in the center circle.  Duplicate, Mirror put in Right Circle.  Duplicate and mirror again, line up with Left Circle.  Merge all 3 Together.   Duplicate,  On the bottom layer, Effects - blur - Gaussian blur - set the radius to 3.0 Drop Shadow. On the copy - Apply soft light. Effects - vm extravaganza - transmission - and apply these settings: 20, 0, 40

Paste Full tube, resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 130, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 42, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 69, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 17, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 13, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 30, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 56, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 32, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 94, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Element 50, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow
