Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 1, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

Paste Close up, apply the same mask as before, Set Blend mode to Soft Light

Paste Full tube, resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

Fence, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Torch , resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow
