You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 10, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 2, resize and place to your liking,use magic wand, select inside of the frame, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 5.

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 5 and Frame 4.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, select tube, tap delete leaving only the tube, duplicate,  On the bottom layer, Effects - blur - gaussian blur - set the radius to 3.0 Drop Shadow. On the copy - Apply soft light. Effects - vm extravaganza - transmission - and apply these settings: 20, 0, 40

C/p Tube, resize to your liking, drop Shadow 3-D

Sand, Resize and place to your liking, on top of the mask

Tree,resize to your liking, drop shadow

Rainbow, Resize and Place to your liking, 

Basket of Shells, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Message Bottle, resize,rotate, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Mask, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Surf Board,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Sand Castle, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Bird, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Beach Cup, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
