You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 6, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 3, resize and place to your liking,use magic wand, select inside of the frame, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 8.

c/p Film Strip, Flip it vertically, place to your liking.,use magic wand, select inside of the frames, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 11.

Paste Close up (2) Tube between Paper 6 and Frame 3.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, select tube, tap delete leaving only the tube, duplicate,  On the bottom layer, Effects - blur - gaussian blur - set the radius to 3.0 Drop Shadow. On the copy - Apply soft light.

Paste Close up (1) Tube between Paper 11 and the Film Strip, place to your liking,  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, select tube, tap delete leaving only the tube, apply luminance

C/p Tube, resize to your liking, drop Shadow

Flame, Resize and place to your liking,

Teddy Bear, resize to your liking, drop shadow

Cloud, Resize and Place to your liking, Shadow

Butterfly, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Cupcake, resize,rotate, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Rose & Skull, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Kitty, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Candy 1, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Wand, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Towers,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Sparkles, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Resize the signature if needed
