You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 6, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 3, resize and place to your liking,use magic wand, select inside of the frame, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 3

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 3 and Frame 3, dupilicate, mirror, place each copy in one hole of the frame.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, select tube, tap delete leaving only the tube. Merge the two, duplicate,  On the bottom layer, Effects - blur - gaussian blur - set the radius to 3.0 Drop Shadow. On the copy - Apply soft light. Penta.com - Jeans

Paste full tube, place to your liking, drop shadow

Sucker,resize & place to your liking, drop shadow

Butterfly, Resize, and place, to your liking,Duplicate, mirror, Flip drop Shadow

Heart Flower, Resize, rotate and Place to your liking, Shadow

Love Note, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Lock, Mirror, resize, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Notepad, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Flower Scatter, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Resize the signature if needed
