Open new Canvas 600*250

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 1, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

 New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 2.

Selections, Select all

Selections, Modify, Selection Borders, Size 7, invert

New Layer, Flood Fill with Paper 6

Paste the kitties in the middle of the canvas, you will be placing the fireplace behind them

Christmas Ball with Hat, resize and Place to your liking,  drop shadow

Boot 2, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Fireplace, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Christmas Tree 2, resize and place to your liking, rotate,  Drop Shadow

Christmas Lights 1, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Bulb Box, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Resize the signature if needed

Open new Canvas 150*200

Resize Paper 1 to 200*200, Paste

Add Border with Previous settings, only with 3 instead of 5

Add your tube and delete excess

Add your elements

Add Copyright and liscense number
