You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 5, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

C/P Filmstrip frame, resize to your liking, flip so it's Verticle, Use Magic Wand, select the opening in the frames, Selections, Modify, Expand 3 pixels  New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 3.

Paste C/U between Paper 3 and Filmstrip. Select Paper 3 layer, Select all, Float, Invert, delete leaving the tube in the frame. Duplicate, Mirror. Merge the 2 together.  On the Original apply Luminance (L) Drop Shadow.  On the Duplicate Apply Gaussian Blur 3.0, apply Soft Light, then Apply Xero Radiance

Paste Full Tube, Resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Fireworks, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Decor, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Party Horn, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Lipstick, Resize and Place to your liking,  Drop Shadow
