You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Duplicate (Shift + D) the template, close original.  Delete Raster 1

Background, flood fill with Paper 4, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

To fill the parts of the template, select each layer, Float. Selections - Modify - Expand 2.0 pixels.  Then flood fill the shape with the designated paper

Paper 7 - Layers 3 & 7

Paper 5 - Layer 4 & 6

Paper 6 - Layer 5

Paste Tube over Layer 1.  Resize and place to your liking.  Select all Layer 1 - Float - Invert - Delete, leaving just the tube,  duplicate - on the original change the blend mode to Luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - effects plugins - Xero - Radience.  Effects - texture effects - blinds

Paste Close up over Layer 6. Select all Layer 5 - Float - Invert - Delete, leaving just the tube, Duplicate, Mirror.  Merge those two Tube layers together.  Duplicate.  Original - adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur 3.0.  On Copy change Blend Mode to Screen, Drop Opacity to 70

Paste Full Tube over the top of all layers but 8.  Drop Shadow

Scatter, resize and Place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror drop shadow

Lipstick Mark, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Sparkles 3, Resize and Place to your liking

Irish Whiskey Barrel, resize and place to your liking, rotate,  Drop Shadow

Shamrock Hat, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Pot O Gold, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Harp, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Beer,  resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Bag, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Word art - Layer 8, recolor to #256a14. 

Apply Eye Candy - Impact - Graident Glow #aacaa1, Drop Shadow

Resize the signature if needed
