You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Duplicate (Shift + D) the template, close original.  Delete Raster 1

Background, flood fill with Paper 5, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

To fill the parts of the template, select each layer, Float. Selections - Modify - Expand 2.0 pixels.  Then flood fill the shape with the designated paper

Paste Close up over Layer 3.  Resize and place to your liking.  Select all Layer 3 - Float - Invert - Delete, leaving just the tube, Duplicate, Mirror.  Merge those two Tube layers together.  Duplicate again.  Original Change Blend mode to Hard Light. On Copy adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur 3.0.  Change Blend mode to Soft Light.  Then Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds

Paste Close up over Layer 5. Select all Layer 5 - Float - Invert - Delete, leaving just the tube, Duplicate, Mirror.  Merge those two Tube layers together.  Duplicate.  Original Change Blend mode to Luminance (L).  On Copy - adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur 3.0.  Change Blend mode to Screen.  Apply Penta.com Color Dots

Paste Close up over Layer 7, resize and place to your liking.  Select all Layer 7 - Float - Invert - Delete, leaving just the tube, Duplicate, Mirror.  Merge those two Tube layers together. Duplicate.  On Original Change Blend mode to Luminance (L).  On Copy adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience

Paste Full Tube over the top of all layers.  Drop Shadow

Moon, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Handprint2, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Frame 2, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Heart 8, resize and place to your liking, rotate,  Drop Shadow

Blood Rain, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Ice Cream 2, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Shoe,  resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Flower 2, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Cupcake 2, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
