You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*250

Open paper 8 and resize to 600*600. Paste to Canvas, Crop to image,

new layer, select all, Selections, Select selection Borders, Inside, and Anti Alias Checked, width 12.  Flood fill with Paper 18.

New layer, repeat above, width of 10 pixels, flood fill with #272928, deselect.  Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise.  Gaussian and Monochrome checked, Noise 100%

New Layer, repeat above width of 2 pixels, flood fill with Paper 18

c/p Halftone 4, resize to your liking and center over paper 8

Statue of Liberty, Resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

City Scene 1, resize and place to your liking, center, Drop Shadow

Flowers, resize and rotate to your liking, place in bottom R Corner, Duplicate, Mirror, drop Shadow both

Falling Money, resize to your liking, place on right side, Drop Shadow

Heart 3, resize to your liking, place in bottom R Corner, Duplicate, Mirror, drop Shadow both

Shoe 2, resize to your liking, place in bottom R Corner, Duplicate, Mirror, drop Shadow both

Car, resize to your liking, place in bottom R Corner, Duplicate, Mirror, drop Shadow both

Paste tube, resize to your liking, Center

Scattered Pearls 3, resize and arrange to your liking, drop shadow

WA1 Mini, resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

The name: Using Ginga size 36  Colors #272928,  Apply Gradient Glow #dabaa8, then Drop Shadow

Add your copyright information and license number before save

New canvas 150*200

Paste Paper 8 600*600, crop to size.  Repeat the frame, 6 width, 4 width, 2 width

Under the frames:

Select your elements and arrange to your liking, drop shadow

Paste Tube, resize and center, Drop Shadow
