You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using PSPXII
Open new Canvas 600*600
Open paper 8 and resize to 600*600. Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

Frame 2, resize to your liking, Paste resized Paper 18 under the mask, use
magic wand, select the inside of your frame, Selections, Modify, Expand, pixels
3, okay, invert selection, delete, leaving the paper inside your frame

Scene 3, Paste between the frame and Paper 18, resize to your liking and repeat
the above to leave buildings just within the frame.

your tube, I used just the dog, over the buildings, under the frame, and
repeated leaving him just in the frame, then used my eraser to get rid of her
hand and the leash. Drop Shadow

Tube again over the top of the frame, mirror and resize to your liking. Apply Lokas 3-D Shadow:

Resize and place to your liking, under the Tube, Drop Shadow

Ball, Resize and place to your liking, on top of Mask, Drop Shadow

resize to your liking, place over the top of the pearls, drop Shadow

Money, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Doodle 2, resize and place to your liking Under the car, Drop Shadow

resize, and rotate to your liking, place under your tube, Drop Shadow
WA 1 mini,place to your liking, Drop Shadow

1, resize and place to your liking, drop Shadow
Resize
the signature if needed

name:. Using Janda Cheerful Script size 48 Colors #dbb9b2,
Apply Gradient Glow, then Drop Shadow
