You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

Open paper 10 and resize to 600*600. Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Spike frame, resize to your liking, Paste resized Paper 4 under the mask, use magic wand, select the inside of your frame, Selections, Modify, Expand, pixels 3, okay, invert selection, delete, leaving the paper inside your frame.  Paste Film Strip over the top of the spike tube, paste Paper 1, repeat the above, leaving the paper in the boxes of the frame.

Paste the Half tube under the spike frame, resize and postion to your liking, follow above and delete the extras, apply Luminace.  Paste the CU tube under the film strip frame, resize and postion to your liking, and use the magic wand as above. Duplicate, top layer, soft light, bottom layer Penta.com, Jeans:

Paste Full tube over Spike frame, but under Film Strip frame, resize and place to your liking, select her legs under the film strip and delete so they are not seen coming out the bottom.  Apply Lokas 3-D shadow:

Rock on Hand, Resize and place to your liking, under the Flimstrip, Tube and Paper, Drop Shadow

Cupcake1, Resize and place to your liking,Flimstrip, Tube and Paper , Drop Shadow

Skull1 resize to your liking, place over the top of the Flim Strip, duplicate, mirror, drop Shadow both

Sour Cherry, Resize and Place to your liking, duplicate, mirror  Drop Shadow both

Winged Lips, resize and place to your liking, duplicate, mirror, Drop Shadow Both

Skull Polish resize, and place to your liking, duplicate, mirror, Drop Shadow Both

Resize the signature if needed
