You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 8 Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 3, resize to your liking, use magic wand, select the inside of the Front frame, Selections, Modify, Expand, pixels 5, okay, invert selection, new layer, flood fill with Paper 3, repeat with frames moving backwards, Papers 7, 6 and 10

C/p close up inside front frame. repeat process with your magic wand.  Duplicate  On the bottom layer, Effects - blur - gaussian blur - set the radius to 3.0 Drop Shadow. On the copy - Apply soft light. Effects - vm extravaganza - transmission - and apply these settings: 20, 0, 40

C/p Full Tube,resize to your liking, apply Lokas 3-d drop shadow:

Glass,Place over the mask, resize to your liking

Disco Ball, Place over the mask, Resize,Drop Shadow

City Scape, resize to your liking, repeat process with the magic wand in the frame second in to the front. (Paper 7) Drop Shadow

Bling Curtain, Resize and Place to your liking,repeat process with the magic wand behind the CU Tube layers, Drop Shadow

Flames, resize and place to your liking,Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Nail Polish, resize, and Place to your liking

Limo, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Star2, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Drink1, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Heart, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Bag, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Hat, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
