PTU Tut Steampunk Romance

I am using the font: A Great Happiness
I am using plugins:Alien Eye Candy 5 Impact, Gradient Glow
I am using “Steampunk Romance” From DRAN Designs  which you can purchase here
I am using BBD_2012 SPMask by Bitzy Beez Design, here
I am using Drop Shadow -3 Vert, 3 Hori, Opacity 74, Blur 5.8 Color #202020

You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 6 Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 1, resize to your liking, use Point to Point Selection and draw the outside of your frame, new layer, flood fill with Paper 1.

C/p Tube, over the over the top of the frame,and resize to your liking.

Element 60,Place over the mask, resize to your liking
Element 6, Resize and place to your liking,Drop Shadow
Element 70, resize to your liking, drop Shadow
Element 7, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow
Element 41, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow
Element 4, resize, and Place to your liking
Element 34, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
Element 39, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
Element 48, resize, rotate, and place to your liking, Drop Shadow
Element 59, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Resize the signature if needed

The name:.  Using Easter size 30  Colors #480505, Stroke 2.0 in #8c54ab, then Drop Shadow

Add your copyright information and license number before save
