You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 16, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame1, resize and place to your liking,use free hand selection, point to point, and draw around the frame opening, new layer, flood fill with Paper 6.

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 6 and Frame - Wheel.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Delete, Duplicate.  On Original Change to Luminace (L).  On Copy, guassian Blur 3.0, change to Screen, then apply Xero - Porcelain

Paste full tube, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Grass 1, Resize and place, to your liking, duplicate, move to the left

Rays,resize to your liking, drop shadow

Bubbles, Resize and Place to your liking, Shadow

Wheel, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Hay Bale, resize, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Butterfly 1, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Pumpkins,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Hat,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
