You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 3, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame 6, resize and place to your liking, use free hand Magic Wand, select around the edge of the frame, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 8.

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 3 and Frame 9.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Delete, Duplicate, Set Original to Luminance (L) Drop Shadow.  Apply Guassian Blur 3.0 to Copy, then Set to Screen.  Apply Radience.

Paste full tube, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Scatter 2, Resize and place on top of mask, top R Corner, duplicate, Mirror

Foilage 5,resize to your liking, drop shadow

Grass, Resize and Place to your liking, Right side, duplicate, move to Left side, Shadow

Tree 3, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Flower, 4, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Foilage 4, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Stumps,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Fox,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Gords,resize and place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Berries, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate, Mirror, Drop Shadow

Bird, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
